This policy explains how MARTIVI handles personal data in MARTIVI BUSINESS, its chatbot and its staff app.
What data we process
On behalf of the shops that use MARTIVI BUSINESS, we process messages that customers send to the shop on Messenger and Instagram, and the order details customers provide: name, phone number, delivery address and payment confirmation. For shop staff, we process name, email and activity in the app.
Why we process it
Only to answer customers, take and deliver their orders, and let the shop's staff do their work. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Each shop's data is kept separate. Only that shop's authorised staff and MARTIVI support can see it. We use trusted service providers for hosting, AI processing, messaging and delivery, only as needed to provide the service.
How long we keep it
As long as the shop uses the service, or as required by law. A customer can ask the shop, or us, to delete their data.
